Susanne's Bakery makes everything fresh, so for large orders of 6 or more items, kindly give us a minimum of 48 hours advance notice from the next day we are open for business to help us meet your needs. Please be aware that weekends, summers, and holidays are very busy for us and often require additional advanced notice.
To request an order and for information on special occasion cakes, pies and other desserts, contact us by email at orders@susannesbakery.net or during business hours, call (253) 853.6220. When requesting a cake, please include the type and size of the cake, as well as your name, contact number, and the date and time of pick up. Please note that an email request is not a confirmed order until we have emailed you back.
Also, we do not monitor our voicemail inbox, so please call back during normal business hours, place an order online, or send us an email.
Remember, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
